For personal security and to verify your identity, you are required to provide responses to three security questions. If you forget your password or need assistance from the UWM Help Desk, you will use the responses to confirm your identity.
Responses are required for students. Employees (faculty and staff) do not need to answer three security questions by are strongly encouraged to provide responses to the security questions. Opting out will prohibit you from utilizing the online password self-recovery service in the future; forgotten passwords can only be reset by visiting the UWM Walk-in Help Desk in Bolton Hall 225.
Make sure your answers are easy to remember (even if they are not factually correct) but difficult for others to guess. Longer responses are more secure; but it is important you remember them.
NOTE: Faculty and staff may choose NOT to enable these additional security settings.
To update your security questions, enter your ePantherID and password below.
After using this form, be sure to close the Web browser before letting anyone else access the computer.
